现在公司规定每个月都要写月度总结，个人写完之后还要上交给主管加意见。本来是一件挺简单的形式，可是现在公司不知道为什么越高越复杂，发觉总要搞到像批斗大会一样的才肯罢休。话说今天同事叫我们看一下主管写的对我们的意见，我们每个人都看了，总之还是一句，他也是交个差而已。对于我的那份月度总结毫无逻辑可言。说什么“现在已经唔系一分耕耘一分收获的年代了，要提升，就需要付出更多….”其实我想说，这是什么狗屁逻辑？！不是一分耕耘一分收获的年代，那我为什么还要付出更多？难道我一定要明知山有虎，偏向虎山行才能修得正果？如果该主管觉得我那份总结是处于真心，那我只能说，您的能力也太低了，连一个普通销售的应付心态都看不出来，真想不明白他以前是如何把握客人心态的。不过也对，这不是一个公平的世界，可能他可以通过其他手段就能得到他想要的，只是我们局外人而已……

我已经很久很久没有写BLOG了，没有写的原因是觉得blog过于public，连TMD远在地球另一面的N年没有见的小学同学也知道你的近况，相信这种感觉是很多人都觉得恐怖的。去完海南回来，感觉心情好多了，没有以前的压抑，心里平静了一些，觉得是时候该做些该做的事情。想尽量的充实一下自己，我发觉这个世界真的不需要太多的专业知识（是我down to earth了？还是我世俗了？）或许许多人都斗不过这个世界的污染。
最近金地引进了一家花期银行，听金地领导的意思是每月只给这家银行一两单的生意，纯粹的买面子工程。可是阿花的业务员却异常勤奋，到处跟我们的销售人员说做给他们做按揭有购物卡赠送。看是积极上进，实际傻得不行。在没有摸清楚人家的底子之前就随便把这些消息放出去，如此下去，不出一个月肯定关门大吉。我真的很想告诉她，打蛇打三寸，擒贼先擒王的道理你到底懂不懂啊？！十分无语…..

i havent posted for ages. not very sure that i still know english.i have been worked and more worked lately. my brain went blank when i was off work, cant think, cant talk, and just can sleep. and yea, sleep-in is my most interest now. very lame. see, i dont even know what im talking now.

how long do i have to suffer this ? 10 years to go? god help me,plz.

I finally made a deal.the only deal in this month of the whole team.I am proud of myself,because I made it,I finally proved that it was their lose to let me go.my life just back to where it was like one year ago…oh.no maybe two years ago…boring and blank.and I found I am not that talkative anymore.I keep silent most of the time,it is not about I am upset but people around me changed a lot. they come they go and you cant always keep some good workmates around you,and you always have to meet up new people and they judge. I hate gossip,I have to join their little ‘discussion’ everyday.
I want to learn guitar. I have to find something to do.

we finally booked the tickets and fixed the date to Philippines, but it is just not my plan. I have been talked to my friend BIG about it and had already made a plan for the whole trip like 2 weeks ago,before I made this plan, I asked her about her opinion,when and where to go and how long will we stay and so on. she said she has no problem about it. then we made a deal, we split the work,I made the plan then she books it. I started to work on it, because I am going with my mom and we surely have packages, so I wanted to find a plan that will arrive just before check-in, that way we dont have to carry our stuffs. I found the hotels I looked up the flights, and finally I have a whole plan within our budgets. then I told her to book the flights. but she just said: well thats not the best, I have a better plan about the flights which is cheaper and blah blah blah…..I was like: ok..no problem, just do what you want! ( WTF,IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH ME THEN WHY YOU DONT SAY IT BEFORE I MAKE IT. I REALLY HATE THIS, I SPEND MY TIME AND YOU JUST SAY:NAH…I THINK MINE IS BETTER. WTF!)
I didnt bitch though, I am a good kid and let her book it with her plan. But till just now I read the flights details,I found she has totally not thought about our check-in time and the package….I swear I will never go with her again.NEVER,UNLESS I TAKE CONTROL. I MEAN SHE NEVER TRAVEL ALONE ABROAD,WHY SHE JUST DOESNT LISTEN. IF SHE THINKS THE BUDGET IS MORE IMPORTANT,WHY SHE TOLD ME THAT MONEY IS NOT IMPORTANT! IF IT IS THAT EASY TO MAKE A PLAN THEN WHY WE NEED AN AGENT!
she asked me about if I have interested in starting business with her,I told her yea just before this happen,but now I think I need to consider seriously.

I just found that this book has a great idea of how people make decisions. its funny that the most decision we made seem has a rule to follow. we are just more dumb than we think. if those factors can really affect people or rather the whole society,will we be changed ? if everyone knows how decisions work, can we still be controlled? or maybe till then there is a new discovery of our behaviors.

I finally got the news that I need to move down back to the sales center which I think is kinda hell to me. I think Matt is right, I am just pretending happy, maybe all of my coworkers and Sin would think that I don’t care about it at all. I just don’t wanna show my weakness or let them know what I think and plan. My manager said it’s all up to me to go to the training tonight which I am supposed to go before I got the news, but I chose to go home. I don’t need compassion cause that’s useless and fake.
I do really hate this company, to be honest. It’s not about the people I have worked with but the environment, it is not fair and justice at all. I am just thinking if I can be a billionaire someday, I will just buy this fucking loser company up and fire them all!

first of all,mattie got sick,he is getting better but still not eating much.i worried about him.second of all,too many ‘dates’ lately. i have no idea why these people are so available and i keep busy. the hk people wanted to introduce me to their business guy in hk, but i think is that simple? what he wants from me? what he wants to do? do i think too much?
even though i was thinking to learn how to do business,is that urgent to do it right now? i mean yea,maybe those guys are very successful in their early 20’s and they earn alot but do i have to follow their pattern? do i have to do the same thing as they did? honestly i dont even envy em at all.
i dont know whether these people believe in fate? i believe it. china has a great theory of fengshui and it can foresee a lot of things even the whole life of a person,like when he has his ups and downs. also it tells us not to against the fate and dont try things on your downs but save your power and energy to the ups,in that case you would like a ship with the wind and advance even faster and further.
my master told me that im not in my ups yet,so right now all i wanna do is learning and seeing more.

I had seen today,I have to say it is a great movie I have seen lately. I particularly like the last line ” what have you done lately?” yet..life is short,what have I done lately? well,really nothing much. other than work still some more boring work. I really loved this job but now I am not so sure. like what Matt told me” you will be ending up changing jobs a lot.” true, I have this feeling too. I guess we both feel the same way….oops,too far away from the topic lol
so back to the movie.I think the bullet’s design is awesome,I wish I could have one like some souvenirs from wars. I started to into this fighting movies….

its so stupid that hotmail wont let its email system run for pop. that means i have to login and check my mail on net! actually foxmail can get it through by proxy but when it comes to thunderbird which i think its more easier and better to use it after the reinstallation IT JSUT WONT WORK! it even made me spend my damn treasrue time to fix it then ending up proving it wont work~ -_-stupid!!!!!!!!
